This restaurant is in a lovely location and easy to find. The views are perfect from the top floor seating area. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner (the mussel pasta was superb - i highly recommend it!). The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was one of the best we had in Santorini. I Highly recommend you try this restaurant.

Really liked this place, especially the service. We were warmly welcomed, provided with a great table with caldera views and looked after brilliantly throughout. Staff took time to explain the menu, food was delivered expertly and on time and it was really tasty. We can recommend the seafood menu, which is great value for the five dishes - €39 when... More

On a cruise so we had limited time. Did quick check on Trip Advisor for restaurants and we found Volcano Blue. Arrived before sunset ordered mussels and shrimp saganaki. Both of which we were amazing. Watched the sunset and enjoyed baklava followed by on the house after dinner drinks.

We came here because Argo was booked up, it was a good replacement choice. Food was lovely. The lamb was amazing as well as the fava beans. Some dishes took a little longer to arrive but the waiter kept us informed. House wine was refreshing and decently priced. Not a bad find at all!

The view of the Caldera Bay was just awesome! We occupied a table on the 3rd level of Volcano Blue. I'm hardly a veal person but we ordered Lamb in a Nest and to my surprise, it was simply delish! We also had a feat with their Greek Salad topped with feta cheese. Moreover, The staff were friendly and accomodating.... More

The food is good and not over priced, unlike many places in Santorini. Our hotel manager gave us several restaurant recommendations, with Volcano Blue being one of them. The house wine is good and the wait staff is friendly. We ate linguine with mussels, which were cooked to perfection and tasty.

Delicious! The marinated mussels were on point, so fresh and perfect. A must to order. I had the shrimp spaghetti and it was amazing, really light and flavorful. Portion was a good size. My husband ordered the chicken with feta cheese sauce and he devoured every bit lol. I guess it was that good. I really enjoyed our dinner here... More
