This cafe used to have waitress service and served high tea. I do not like the cafeteria type service that is now in place. The cafe I s good for a rest and drink with refreshments, without exiting the house.

After the tour and a couple hours of walking around ... we went to the café and had an oatmeal cookie ... soft and very tasty. Yum

I agree with those other reviewers who brand the food as bland and ordinary. Actually I am being generous here. As my title recommends, eat before you arrive. Only use the cafe for a soda or tea.

After a few hours at the house my family got hungary and we decided to eat at the cafe. Very cute inside with the gift shop on one side and cafe on the other. I got a ham sandwich which was very good.

Pretty average, not many choices, but you won't go hungry. Service was slow, but only two people working the counter. It was noon, so perhaps they could have had more help.

Lunch is pretty standard on the choices you find in a eating establishment like this. Panini's, soups, salads. Coffee, teas, sodas and waters for drinks. Prices are little high, I ordered a roast beef sandwich, it was about the size of two decks of cards. A very small cup of pasta salad came with it. That was $9. I ordered... More

Convenient being inside, but no good coffee (espresso based). The apple pie was excellent and the ambiance in the cafe was great. We ended up at a local coffee shop after our visit.

Good coffee and snacks, much appreciated after several hours of touring the house and grounds. Next to a very good gift shop.

Wow! what a wonderful tribute to an engaging entrepreneur & philanthropist. Both theKodak camera historical lecture & the superb house tour were well worth a detour. Also, a great gift shop!! Also we met many very nice visitors. What an atmosphere.
