My husband and I were looking for a casual place to eat with 2 of our children. He mentioned this place as he had been there a few times with some friends. He said the food was delicious and he was so right ! We walked in and did not have a reservation so we left to find another place... More

Great for the family, great selection , alaigator! , fried Mac and cheese. Sweet potato fries. Or just a plain burger. You won't be disappointed. And the owner is usually there moving around.

I've never dined here before nor had my spouse. I happened to do a google search for great fried chicken in Westchester County and voila this place was on the list so I decided to check it out with the hubby and daughter. Upon entry I was a little skeptical because there were only a few people dining albeit it... More

Read several reviews, thought would drop in. Review should say bikers and locals only. Food was ample, with over seasoning.i liked this for the gator, but other food was obnoxiously sauced and compensated. Bar tender was only around once in a while..and the lady wait Staff played sunuko and cross words. The ambience is old wood, thinking buffalo NY style..but... More

Hi - Thank you for your candid review. I apologize for your poor experience at our restaurant. Would you please let me know the specific day and time (lunch or dinner) when you attended? The behavior you mention of our bar and wait staff is completely unacceptable (we have specific policies against this) and I need to address this. I... More

Dined here for lunch with family and had a chance to sample many different dishes, mostly pub fare. Everything was well prepared and the server was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely dine here again.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. It has a very casual, relaxed atmosphere, decorated with New Orleans memorabilia. They bring cornbread and a special butter to the table with to begin with. We ordered the Jambalaya and the Southern Fried Chicken. The portions were huge. The Jambalaya was delicious, and the chicken very crunchy, as it should be. The chicken came... More
