The food at the Outback is good..not overly great....service is always good and the food comes out hot and tasty but too much butter and the famous onion is listed as a heart attack waiting to happen but a decent steak(just ask for it plain) and lower the dressing on the salads....

I know it's not good for you, but everyone loves the blooming onion. It's greasy and fried and perfect. The chicken sandwich is good if you are not a meat eater.

I went here with my wife a couple of weeks ago. We each ordered a steak and lobster tail. When they brought out the order, mine looked wrong. I'd never seen filet mignon cut like that. The manager came over and told me that it was because it was overcooked and they'd bring me another. So, they took away my... More

A foodie friend called me lookin for meat late one evening so we decided to head to Outback. We ordered Outback Specials. The garlic toppings he ordered were great, but the mean quality wasn't there. I don't frequent Outback as often as I used to so I can't say whether it was a fluke or not. The meat was prepared... More

We lived in Suffern a long time and, for many years, this Outback was our local pub. Consistently adequate (never "good") food and a nice atmosphere. It got steadily worse over the years, more and more a fast food venue, until we finally stopped being regulars around 6 years ago. We've tried a few times since and found the food... More

The food and service at this outback are consistently good. We drive past the outback in the nearby mall to go to the suffern outback. there is no comparison between the two.

Had dinner here with friends on a Saturday night. It was crowded but we were seated immediately. I had the tilapia with crabmeat which was good. I guess I expected something that looked like what was on the menu. The portion was much smaller. I was hoping to have leftovers but that didn't happen. I also had a sweet potato... More
