In a good yummy way, I entered this tiny little shack expecting a great huge meal and that's exactly what I got, I heard of it through friends and also on man versus food, so naturally I had to try it for myself, cool staff chill place, not much room we had to sit with another couple but it was... We went here based on it featuring on Man vs Food. From the outside this place is really nothing to look at but the food is really good! You can see everything being cooked which I always like, the food is fresh massive portions and decent prices, the staff are friendly and are all good at what they do. This... More

Don't let the appearance fool you, the food and the service is excellent! This no-frills, down-to-earth diner has home-cooked breakfast that won't let you down or leave you hungry! The frittata (1/4 size which I couldn't finish) was quite good. The waitresses were very personable and the prices were great! If you're in the neighborhood, make sure you fill up... More

My son goes to school in the area and took us here for breakfast during graduation weekend. Pulling up to it you think it's a shack and ready to fall down. Nothing could be further from the truth. Absolutely no frills but probably the best frittata I have every had. The pancake is the size of your plate, 1 inch... More

Mothers Cupboard is about as big as your car. That is an exaggeration but not much. Local favorite is the Frittatta go for the WHOLE. Maybe 10 tables. If in area don't get spooked by location or how it looks. Go in

If you're looking for a cute and quiet breakfast spot, this isn't the place for you. If you want traditional, well made breakfast food, cheap in price, elbow to elbow with your fellow diners, almost all of whom are friendly and in a mood to talk, and if you want a portion that could feed a small nation, then you've... I had seen Mother's Cupboard featured on Man Vs. Food and wanted to go. I am so happy I stopped in. It is a small restaurant but well worth the visit. It's homey! The food is very good, I had breakfast, and the staff is very friendly. The portions are HUGE!! I only had the 1/4 frittata and my friend... More

The best breakfast at Syracuse. Down and dirty. Huge portions. Amazing pancakes and their version of a frittata is off the chart.
