This was my first time and now I definitely want to try more! Everything I ate was delicious and in perfect portions, the staff friendly and the atmosphere laid back and quiet.

We took our Polish friend and she was thrilled by the very true Polish foods. Thank you Eva's for being the real thing!

I just came from Europe and this is more authentic. Our guest had a variety of polish dishes and everyone was licking their fingers. Well done staff at Eva's and that all for a good price.

My wife and I have so far had dinner there three times. Our orders thus far have been consistently delightful. The ambiance is fun and energetic. and we have very much enjoyed getting to know the family, staff and patrons. I am not one who usually partakes in desserts, but Eva's has changed that. Her sweets are amazing. I've never... More

Since arriving in Syracuse Eva's has been the most visited establishment I've been to. It's predominantly Polish cuisine but with the odd added twist. The quality is consistent and very good. A large selection of European bottled beers helps the food go down. The atmosphere is relaxed and again "European" (I say this coming from Europe). Eva makes the desserts... More

Girls Night Out brought the three of us here on a Friday night. Had a bit of a weight for a table but always a good sign when a restaurant is crowded. Had a glass of wine at the bar while we waited. We all ended up ordering the same thing which was Potato Pancakes and the Golabkis. The potato... More

If you are driving by, don't blink your eyes, as you will miss this fantastic restaurant. It is located in a small brick building on the Syracuse, Solvay city line. The restaurant is small and quaint inside, but the food that is prepared there is outstanding. One of my favorites is Galumki (pig's in the blanket). Other outstanding dishes are... More

Went here for lunch on December 3rd on the suggestion of a friend who had eaten here before. I have lived in Syracuse for 15 years now and I cannot recommend another restaurant more than this. The restaurant itself is quaint and cozy. I had the Kielbasa Sandwich (with sauteed onions and a horseradish mustard) as well as the Sweet... More
