We ordered two pitchers of sangria, an order of ham croquettes, and a boat of French fries. All was very (extremely) disappointing. In fact I told my friends I make much better croquets, which I proved a week later. The most shocking reality came with the check, over $100! We have not returned this all happened years ago but they... More

A number of friends and I went to Panzur recently for a get-together. Most of the food is in the form of small plates which was great to share. Try the caca (flatbread). It changes daily. Ours was very flavorful. My crowd was one that asked a lot of questions and asked to tweak the menu selection. This did flummoxed... More

Panzur is my favorite restaurant! The Owners Ray and Kim take extra care of the food and their guests. The Menu is exciting with so much flavor and eye appeal. Fresh, delicious and plentiful! They have specials on Wednesday nights somtimes, too.

We have visited Panzur many times, and on Wednesday we went for the family meal with a friend. Oyster and Shrimp Po Boys, pea salad, bananas foster ice cream... what a treat for the middle of the week! Everything was fantastic, and Jeff always makes everyone feel special. Thanks for a great meal.

Chef/Owner Res Peraza knows how to cook. His food is delicious and carefully sourced. Dishes tend to be rich and complicated so don't expect light fare. The service at this cozy place is friendly and attentive. What really drags things down is the wine list. There are only 2 reds and 2 whites available by the glass and the bottle... More

On a whim my wife and I went to Panzur for dinner on a recent Wednesday evening. We had scanned the menu on line so were pretty sure we knew what to expect. The surprise came when we learned that Wednesday was "family meal" night and they only served a few limited tapas from the menu and one family style... More

On Weds, Panzur serves family meal. The fish and chips were probably one of the best fish and chips meals I had.. Fish was flaky, not greasy, Fries had a liberal amount of shaved Parmesan cheese on them. And there was a very nice fresh pea and garlic smear on the plate. Excellent specialty cocktails. I recommend the Brexit

We were "guests" of our daughter - a late M/F day meal, along with our grandson age 12, who had limited food options. We were very pleased with nearly all of the tapas and one main dish; the exception: for grandson, there was only one option, a steak "16 0z" priced at $40. We were sharing everything, so we thought... More

My husband and I frequently dine at Panzur, in the bucolic town of Tivoli, NY. Chef Rei creates interesting menus using locally sourced meats, vegetables, fruits and cheeses. The emphasis is on Spanish and South American food, but he is an adventurous and eclectic chef who is constantly updating and improving his food. Wednesday is family night, when he creates... More
