We went here because the taxi cab driver suggested it. The food was delicious. It is a restaurant where many of the locals go to and a few tourists. I had the chicken casserole and my husband had the coconut shrimp. The shrimp were big. we also enjoyed the Iguana soup. Sounds crazy since you see them running around the... More

Tucked into the neighborhood is this wonderful restaurant. You canno find any more authentic food indicative of Aruba and/or the Caribbean. The menu is very diverse. I had the goat stew, which was creamy and very flavorful. I will go here again the next vacation.

At only three blocks from Palm Beach in a quiete place, this restaurant is a traditional house where traditional local cuisine is served. Food is authentic, unique and delicious such as the garlic shrimps, or cocunut fried shrimps. Service was a bit slow, but this is part of the caribbean atmosphere, it did not bother me. Recommended!

We had a nice dinner but in an island with fantastic restaurants, we won't be back. Service was slow despite the fact that there were few diners. Keesha Yena was good but not as good as Papiamento's. Grouper was good but again, in Aruba it's always good. Nice staff. Briefly lost our credit card but after a few minutes (!)... More

We got there right before the dinner rush. The server was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately she got swamped with the dinner crowd right after we arrived. Didn't get our appetizer until after our dinner so that is the reason for the four star rating. Food was great and we were able to have a nice piece of fish and... More

This restaurant came recommended by a family member who had visited years ago. After reading reviews, I was mixed on whether we should go - I am glad that we went. The food was unique and delicious. Yes - the service was a bit slow but the meal was worth the wait. We walked here from the Holiday Inn. It's... More

Literally in a neighborhood, and it really is a house. The food was very good and the staff were very friendly. We beat the rush, but if you're staying in the hotel area, make reservations. Fortunately, we were within walking distance and beat the constant flow of taxis dropping people off for dinner.

I would give this place five stars if not for the slow service. But if you're OK with that… You're in for some great authentic food. I had the garlic shrimp and my buddy had their house specialty which is a dish consisting of chicken, cashews raisins and Gouda cheese. Both were excellent and my buddy said he would eagerly... Small place off the beaten path, but excellent, authentic Aruban food. Nice atmosphere, lots of outdoor seating. Live guitar playing during dinner. The conch and goat and beef stews are great. Wonderful home-made coconut cake.
