When we were there there was only another couple and the food was very good. They have their own organic garden for vegetables and countless olive, almond and fig trees. Their chefs were a married couple that had just finished an internship at El Celler de Can Roca. One could go to the kitchen and watch them cook. The breakfasts... More

The road to the restaurant (and hotel) is a 5 km drive on a sandy road, but the reward is worth it, a wonderfull and charming hotel in the middle of nowhere. The food was excellent (50€ for a 5 course meal) and we drank the best white wine ever in Spain. The staff was extremely friendly and gave sufficient... More

Torre del Visco is unusual and sophisticated. So is its restaurant. The dinner consists of a fixed price menu degustation that includes 5 items that vary with the season. This time included a nice seared foie gras, a melon-based gazpacho, grilled calamari with their local tepenade, duck magret and a choice among three desserts, one of us chose the ice... More

We ate on the terrace overlooking the beautiful valley. Everything was magical, the food outstanding. The only issue was the huge Pyrenees mountain dog (hotel dog) that cocked his leg up near us & left a huge puddle of something that didn't look great. incredible experience overall

We throughly enjoyed our stay at La Torre del Visco. It was quiet, elegant, peaceful with very good food. There are nice walking or mountain biking roads that are accessed directly from the hotel. Everyday in every corner or table top there were lovely arrangements of fresh flowers. There are plenty of places to curl up with a book and... More

The menu changes every night. Seasonal, local, foodies will love it. About 50 Euros per plate. Some ingredients grown on their farm.

This is my third review of the Torre del Visco where we come every year for special occasions. Two weeks ago we held a lunch here for over 60 guests including locals and many who came especially from Brussels, Bordeaux, Madrid, Barcelona..... to mark my wife´s retirement. It was an enormous success thanks to the organisation, quality and service of... More
