After a morning of walking around Bryher I stopped here for lunch, having a crab sandwich with great, tender Bryher crab, and a half pint of ale. Sat outside on a sunny day and enjoyed the pleasant view of the bay. The inside seating also looked cozy. Would recommend!

After a few days on the isles it was really good to have a bit of luxury. We sat on the terrace overlooking the pond area. The weather was perfect, the food good and we could not have wished for anything more

I was walking around Bryher having come over from St Marys by boat. My walk had made me hungry so I stopped at the hotel for lunch on their terrace- it was a lovely day and I had the special of the day- pan fried John Dory with a seafood risotto which was delicious. the whole meal was less than... We visited whilst walking around Bryher. We were glad we got there promptly at 12 noon as the restaurant quickly filled up. We all had different lunches which were well presented and tasty. Well worth a visit.

We stopped here for lunch after enjoying our walk to Hell Bay. We were able to sit outside as the weather was nice so we could enjoy the views. The inside bar area is lovely too. We had a light lunch, pleasantly served and reasonably priced. I think this would be a great place to stay and Bryher is such... More

(St)Celeriac soup - deliciously balanced, not too creamy, not to "celery" tasting... Hearty honest bowl of loveliness. (St)Scallops with black pudding - a great looking dish that tasted device. The scallops were meaty and browned to perfection to give that slight crust before breaking through to the tender, delicate meat. Just delectable! (Mains) We both had the Bouillabaisse... The base... Dear TisTM, As you noticed our chef doesn’t cut any corners. The bouillabaisse is made with fresh ingredients to get the true flavours out of them and it is one of our personal favourites here in the office. After all the practise at cooking scallops that our team gets from Crab Shack its great to read that up at the... More

Both times the food and the service was excellent. A good menu and as we sat outside the view was lovely. Beer and wine were both excellent too :-)

Smart and pleasant hotel overlooking a large pond on the Atlantic side of the island. We didn't stay in the hotel this time around, although we have done in the past and it was very good but expensive when we did. The lunchtime food was very good, if a bit on the pricey side. Interesting options such as curried mussels... More
