Workers seemed annoyed that we entered their building during play time with their kids then when we got our food it was sloppy. Wet and tasteless . Refuse to go again. Wayyy too much money for bad service and terrible food.

After passing by this place several times, I assumed it was your average little pizza place. After all, someone has to make pizza for tourists and locals alike! But whoever said "DON'T ASSUME" is O SO O SO RIGHT - at least in THIS case!...I could not believe how delicious the little lunch I had there was. I asked for an eggplant parmesan sub without the roll and a side salad instead of fries (I told the server I would pay whatever fee they charge for those changes.) She brought me the most delicately breaded, perfectly fried eggplant I have EVER had. On the eggplant was the exact correct amount of bursting-with-freshness tomato flavor (as in not drowning the eggplant) and the exact correct amount of melted mozzarella (not a huge hulking slab smothering the eggplant). Alongside this eggplant delight was a springy garden salad of fresh, happy lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot shavings, and REAL BEETS - not the canned ones. Excellent! Obviously I take my food very seriously, especially Italian food, especially my eggplant, since I am of Italian descendency, ! It was so good that I told the server the truth - it was better than my mom's! Friendly service, good prices. Don't hesitate to check it out - MANGIA!!More

Be prepared to wait since they are short handed like so many restaurants. The wait is worth it! On a Friday evening around 6 pm, the wait was about an hour. We took a walk around Wilmington and watched fishermen near the waterfall. It was...a nice evening and nice to chat with others waiting for their pizza. A medium pizza with sausage & pepperoni was about $20 and we had leftovers with the 2 of us eating until we were full. The lady taking our order was friendly and explained they were making pizza as fast as possible. Will definitely be back here.More

We got pizza to go and were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The crust was thin but with a good chew and the tomato sauce was tasty.

I ordered a salad. The ratios of lettuce to the few other vegetables were way off. Nothing about this salad costs $14. There wasn’t even an olive or piece of cheese in it. The balsamic dressing was tasty, but the principal of this type of...business practice turns me off of this place all together.More
