Food was solid, service very good. Great location in Woodstock. Restaurant a bit small so plan ahead.

This is the best place to go for breakfast. The coffee is made fresh per cup. The homemade corn beef hash u have to order. I had the feta cheese omelette and it was absolutely delish
We stopped in Woodstock for lunch and I started looking at the menus of all the cute cafes in town. My husband is vegan and Oriole 9 seemed to have a lot of options. The cafe was bustling, the service was prompt and the food...was great! They have quite a varied menu and a range of cocktails. There was also a huge board of specials! Definitely worth a stop if in the area!More
Four of us stopped in Oriole 9 for lunch while visiting Woodstock while on vacation. It is a very informal and small cafe. Among us we had the Nicoise salad, chicken tacos, pulled pork tacos, and an Impossible burger. The food tasted great, the prices...were reasonable, and service was friendly though at a relaxed pace. Plan to spend $25 per person all in with tax and tips.More
Passing through Woodstock for a couple of hours on our way home to Connecticut, we headed here for lunch based on good online reviews (and the fact it is farm-to-table). It was packed at 1pm on a Tuesday! Service at first was a tad slow...(but pleasant enough) and the bathrooms (there’s only one for the entire restaurant) needed some serious cleaning (we also had to ask for toilet paper as they’d run out) … but the food was fantastic and well worth our visit — it was all super fresh and piping hot! One of my friends commented “these are probably the best caramelised onions I’ve ever had in my life!”. And even though this isn’t a Mexican restaurant, my chicken burrito was incredible and the chicken sooooo tender!More
To be able to have a birthday brunch for my college twins, I drove two hours north from NJ, one kid drove two hours east from Binghamton, NY and the other drove two hours west from Amherst, MA. We had the most wonderful meal! I...had lobster eggs benedict with avocado and bacon, one kid had an awesome burger with sauteed onions and the third had a massive omlette. The staff could not have been nicer and more welcoming and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.More
The hostess warned us they were short staffed, but the service and food was still great here. This is a great breakfast/brunch option, but keep in mind it's a little more pricey than a diner.
There was a list of about 20 drink specials on the blackboard, mostly variations on typical drinks with different alcohol substituted (bloody Maria, Peachy Palmer, Mezcal martini, etc.). Waitstaff was pleasant and hard working. Menu had typical breakfast fare and $17 burgers (apparently the going...rate for burgers in Woodstock and environs.) Ceiling was dripping water so the waitresses had to mop the floor between serving customers and taking orders.More
It was our last morning in Woodstock, and we decided to try Oriole 9! Great decision, we called and reserved a table as were were a party of 7! Friendly greeting by the hostess, who also was the bartender, coffee barista, and get things done...person who really was working to serve the customers. Oh she did that as well for people at the bar! Our waitress was professional and training a new gal. they should all be commended for their calm yet steady service that they provided to a full restaurant. We enjoyed great eggs Benedict, french toast, as well as Bloody Mary's and Mimosas When in Woodstock this is where you should enjoy breakfast.More
Cute restaurant in Woodstock with very warm and friendly service. The food was decent but not extraordinary. We’ve gone several times when in town and will go again. The fresh squeezed orange juice was a treat.
Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and the coffee was beyond fantastic! The orange juice was squeezed and served, Super Yum!
Woodstock has a peace-and-love vibe, and Oriole 9 embraces this vibe with its relaxed atmosphere, road wanderer decor (great paintings of desert motels and '50s cars), and terrific menu. I had brioche French toast with local maple syrup, fresh berries and whipped cream that was...closer to butter than the usual fluffy stuff. They even heated the milk that came with my coffee. Delicious all the way around!More
Our family of 3 came here twice for dinner in late March 2021 during Spring Break. It was fantastic. The mushroom risotto and salmon was delicious. Our daughter loved her grilled cheese. Generally speaking, rarely does one have an "overall" good experience at a restaurant....There is usually something this is not exactly right, like the food might be great, but the atmosphere may not be to a person's liking. For Oriole 9, the food and service was great and the background music was exactly what my wife and I liked and we have different taste in music. If you were wondering what sound track they are playing it is actually a Pandora channel called "Brunch Cafe Radio."More
After coming down from windham the boys and I ended up coming here and we got some burgers, tacos, and fried chicken. I’m not sure how the breakfast is, but from the dinner alone I can’t even imagine how good it is. On top of...the insane food they were playing constant 70s and 80s bangers one after another. 5/5More
Ridiculous pricing and waiting $10 for a lousy small piece of apple pie a la mode. Fine. But then they kept me waiting for 20 minutes when the piece didn’t even have to be heated up. And the apple pie— really terrible! Stay away
