The people are nice and the atmosphere is fun and nostalgic. We went there on a Saturday at noon so understandably, we had to wait about 15 minutes. Some of what we ordered was great, the rest was average. And for the money, not the...best value. But it’s worth a try for sure.More
We were there on Saturday before July 4th so was likely busier than usual but still didn't wait too long. Only issue with waiting is that it started to rain & weren't many places undercover to wait nor sit...so stood outside about 20-30 min. Had...delicious chilli dog which was solid.More
this is our 4th visit. This is always a stop on vacation. The hotdogs and melted sandwiches never disappoint. We will stop again next year on our vacation.

looking for a stop in town, Rocky's is fun, great shakes, burgers are ok but do the job. Fun atmosphere and a cute store next to the restaurant for some fun items to check out. Great milkshakes as well

Nostalgic Soda Shop in downtown Brevard. Had some of the best hot dogs I have ever had with great flavor, grilled bun, and coleslaw at a bargain price.
Wanting a fun and light lunch, we stopped in at Rocky's Grill & Soda Shop in downtown Brevard. It like going back to the old Soda Shops usual in a drug store. While we didn't partake of the "ice cream specials or sodas" we did...enjoy the grilled hot dogs with chili and slaw. Amazing, the hot dogs stay "hot". They are fancy just good ol' grilled hot dogs and grilled buns. Still very tasty and perfect for our lunch.More
Enjoyed lunch in this throwback Soda Shoppe. The service and the food were 5 star for sure. A little pricey for cheeseburgers and chips but will visit again on our next trip to the area.
We stopped by for a quick, curbside lunch of hot dogs, and milkshakes. My son enjoyed his veggie burger so much he is looking to find where he can get more closer to home! Service was excellent. Highly recommended.
Don’t bother eating here unless you like boiled hamburgers. Hamburgers were terrible, had no taste and were barely warm. They have no deed fryer so you only get chips with everything. Seems more of a tourist trap.
Great atmosphere and delicious food. Be sure to order a milk shake, which comes with the extra metal blender full of goodness.
Great atmosphere... friendly and efficient. Had homemade tomato with basil soup, kraut dog, grilled homemade pimento cheese sandwich, chili slaw dogs. Dogs are on a buttered grilled split top roll. Best I've had!
After a fun day of hiking the waterfalls in Dupont, we were searching for a local place to eat instead of driving all the way back to Asheville. My wife found Rocky's and it looked fun/cool. We arrived for lunch and just beat the rush...because soon after there was a long line to get in. I got 2 chili-cheese dogs which were super yummy. My wife and daughter got burgers and we got Root Beer floats. A fun treat and glad we drove a bit out of the way to eat there!More
Probably the best cheese sandwich of our life! The shakes are amazing too. Great service. Very pet friendly, even made our pup a side of bacon. Definitely worth the detour!
