When we go to the mountains, we love to eat fresh mountain trout. While in Bryson City, we made reservations to eat at the Bistro at the Everett. Service was great, and so was the trout.

Inside dining is formal/white table cloth. You can dine al fresco with a view of the Visitors Center and adjacent court yard. Food was superb (Trout/stick veggies/quinoa) and service excellent (Elisabeth). Best dining experience in the area.

We had dinner and breakfast here and were happy with all meals. The chef uses local ingredients and food is well prepared. Excellent choice in Bryson City.

Not sure but the owners are very nice. I bet if the city, county and state allows they would let you. We stayed at the B&B connected and ate most of our meals there. It was wonderful.
