I have been a loyal customer of Brigs for more than 10 years. I recently went to Brigs at the Crossing, and had a terrible experience. I ordered the Virginia scramble, which I have had many times before. It arrived without chives, as described on the menu, but instead loaded with scallions, which were chopped into huge chunks; in fact,... More

Always excellent food, excellent service, great atmosphere. Have visited frequently, multiple locations with similar feel. Breakfast omelets, waffles, pancake, Benedict specialty, but lunch salads are great. Recommend the spinach salad.

This is a typical neighborhood breakfast lunch place. I wanted to give it a really good review, but can't Coffee wasn't hot. Home fries were soggy. But they DID have gluten free bread for toast.

I wanted to schedule a business breakfast with a couple colleagues, and Brigs ended up being an excellent choice. The food and service was excellent. The food was delicious, hot and satisfying. Try the Malibu Omelet!

This restaurant is the typical all American menu of eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, meat and toast all cooked in the same grease. A basic place that is efficient and reliable.

We needed a good place for breakfast after a medical procedure where you could not eat before. We went to Brigs and was not disappointed. The pancakes was huge and the eggs cooked perfectly, they even had maple syrup. They serve so much good food here that I would gain too much weight if I ate here often. If you... More

This si the place to go for the best breakfast in town. It has a large variety to choose from, and everything I've tried is good! The only negative (which is sort of a positive in that it attests to how good this place is) is that you'll have to wait a while to get a seat if you don't... More

This is Brigs at the Crossing We visited twice, weekend and weekday, and the staff could not have been more welcoming, helpful and pleasant. It's obviously popular and at the weekend you might have to wait to be seated - it is worth the wait. The menu is great and when the food arrived it was hot and delicious. It... More
