The decor is simple and clean. The food and the service are top notch! We came back from Mexico 3 weeks ago and a friend recommended we try this place. I am SO glad they did! We will become regulars!

Fiesta Grill has a few tables, but it looks like it does a lot of take out sales. Our take out order was enchiladas mole, enchiladas ranchera and a side order of taquitos. The food quality was excellent and quite authentic. The mole was wonderful and is hard to find anywhere in North Carolina.
Great food, service, portions, prices, atmosphere....Be open to meeting others, but ya gotta take a chance! Stuffed shirts not needed. Go in, leave your name and # in your party. Order a drink or 2 and go outside and wait to be called. First come first served. Many Tex-Mex items and 5 of us ate everything without a hitch. It... More
Be prepared to wait in line for a table at this cozy, casual spot! A local favorite, small Fiesta Grill serves many take-out and eat-in diners. Once seated, service is efficient and friendly. I enjoyed grilled fish soft tacos, freshly prepared and served with a side of rice and beans. Delicious! Highly recommended.
Stopped by just after 12:00 on a Sunday. No wait at all and quickly shown to a table. Wasn't expecting table service from other reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Extensive menu with a ton of options for all tastes. We shared a barbacoa flour taco and then each had a chicken and a beef soft corn taco. Generous portions of... More
I've never been to a restaurant where I felt so sincerely welcome when I walked in the door. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and gracious. The restaurant is very casual. Menu is extensive- lots of great options. They even have a special menu during Lent. I had the spinach enchilada- oh, so cheesy and spinachy! My husband had a beef... More
Good Mexican food with fast and friendly service. Small, with only about eight tables, so get there early if you do not want to wait in line. They offer beer and wine but no margaritas.
