Excellent. The hand made custom tables and accent pieces are just as much to see, as is the food to experience. Had the croque madam, French toast and pork belly BLT. Creative, savory and excellent presentation.

We ate here for a lunch. The food was outstanding. Superb creativity with the sole and stewed chicken. But the peach fritter was worth a trip by itself. Fritters like French beignets with fresh peaches, peach ice cream and peach sauce..... ?
My wife picked this for her birthday lunch during our visit to Charlotte. We found the building pretty easy, just had trouble locating the restaurant since it was upstairs. Once we found it, we were not disappointed.
Excellent food and a fantastic view. The music is a little too loud. It is not a fast food establishment., so plan to be there for a little while. A great place for lunch!

This was an excellent lunch while taking a break from the museum. A very tasty salad. The Pork Belly BLT was also delicious (my friend got that).
Halcyon is one of our favorites. Our 16 year-old daughter has told us she has to go back several times. The fresh food and artistic preparation has won our approval.
Six of us dined here during a business conference. The first thing we noticed was that although the restaurant has a nice, modern vibe - you could also have a conversation. The noise level was entirely manageable for socializing. Our waitress, Meghan, was wonderful. Great...More
we were unable to get an evening reservation anytime on the weekend but had Sunday lunch before a visit to the Mint Museum. Beautiful environment, excellent staff and very well prepared, fresh and delicious food. I would absolutely go back. No sticker shock.
