We went on a Sunday so of course it was very busy. We had a bit of a wait but after service was quick, very friendly and diverse staff. Food was good but no waffles which i was looking for. The biscuit was very delicious. good overall

Stopped in for breakfast on a Friday morning. Great little hopping busy cafe with funky but cool style. Super busy still at 10:45am which says something about this place. The service was great, and team members very friendly with lots of smiles - despite it being pretty busy. Ordered the Flat Iron Steak and Eggs over easy with GRITS. Capitalized... More

This place was like going back in time when life was not so hectic. You enjoyed breakfast with friends and the clock stopped you were not in a hurry to leave. The food was spectacular. The eggs Benedict was perfect. If you get a chance to go don't miss it.

Do not go there on Sunday after 2:00 pm. The waitress named Susan gave us very poor and rushed service. I was at church service Elevation and someone recommended I go there. The restaurant closes at 3:00 pm on Sundays and seem to be in rush to get you out. It was my first time going there and my last.... More

Have eaten here many times & never been disappointed. I've never tried anything other than the breakfast, but I'm not sure why you would want to. If you're going on Sunday get there early or you'll be waiting. Great outdoor seating.

We stopped in for a late breakfast on our way out of town, and oh god were we happy we did. The place itself was really retro and kitschy - nothing matched, but everything went together. The staff was super friendly and on the ball, and while we had a primary waitress- everyone was keeping track of everyone, so we... More

GREAT breakfast/brunch. Food was solid; tasty, interesting menu, healthy, fair priced, service really pleasant and unpretentious. Must do for travelers coming thru Charlotte. Parking on the other hand...

We ended up at the Flying Biscuit because of time and location and was not dissappointed. I had the Chilton Omelette and the dreamy grits and biscuit was great. My husband had the high flyer and also enjoyed it.
