This location was initially great as most restaurant when it initially opened. Fresh food, amazing portions, and fantastic service. Such has wavered over the years with inconsistencies in all of the aforementioned areas. I can't remember the last time my server mixed the sauce for us during the visit.

Pan fried shrimp wontons are wonderful! Mongolian beef and Ginger chicken, yeah. So good that I shared with hubby and he shared with me. Date night. And for dessert, banana wrapped like a Spring roll with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. Drool.

I ordered the standard Lo Mein and crab wonton starters. The crab wontons were nice and crunchy and not too hard. I didn't quite like the crabmeat fillings though. Can't really taste any crab meat chunks. Probably it's already minced with flour so it's diluted. I will avoid this dish next time. The Lo Mein is a nice dish -... More

We had a long "catch up" lunch. The won ton soup was truly too much for both of us to share. We also had fried pork dumplings. My friend had Mongolian beef while I had honey chicken. We shared chocolate cake for dessert. While the food was hardly the best I've ever had, service was very good and it provided... More

Con: Pricey and hardly worth it. I appreciate being having vegan options, but the Buddha's Feast had tofu slices so thin I thought it was mushroom slivers. Very disappointing experience. Pro: The only good thing about this experience was at 5:30pm in a jam packed restaurant we were seated right away.

First I hardly give bad reviews, but had no choice in this case. We visited for my birthday on New Year's Day. I called ahead to see if I would need reservations and opted to make reservations for a party of 5 for 6:30. Arrived to the restaurant at 6:28pm , announced my arrival ,was told that they were cleaning tables... More

The place is beautiful with a really beautiful ambient, the customer service is good, and always aware to help you. The waiting time for your food to be served is too much, they can take barely between 30 minutes to almost an hour to have your food ready, and the food is nothing spectacular. Nice place if you want to... More

Placed order by phone. Person on the phone was very confusing. When arrived for pick up, bill was over $130.00 + tax for 4 take outs. Ordered fried rice with meal. Came with steamed rice, so they left the steamed/brown rice out and still charged an extra $5.25 per person for the fried rice. They did make an adjustment but... More

Everything took longer than needed. Apps came out with food. Waited forever for bill and compiling rewards.

We booked a table for a party of 14, and P.F. Chang's had everything ready for us. Service was beyond great. Food selection is very good - beyond the typical Chinese dishes. There were many gluten-free options. Many drink choices as well. We brought our own cake, and they set up plates, etc. for it. Highly recommended restaurant.
