I tried this location as it was one of recommended by my hotel nearby. The food and service I experienced was very good.

Buy one get one free Sushi with beverage purchase. Extensive sushi menu. We moved to the triangle area a little over 2 years ago so we still are trying new places, but Shiki is on our very short repeat list. It always seems busy, but...More
Shiki Sushi is a large pan-Asian restaurant. They have a loaded wonton soup that can easily be a meal on its own. The lunch combos with many tasty choices are both tasty and filling. The wok seared lamb is a terrific entree and not usually...More

Diverse menu, wide selection, good service, good location, all positives. We had a selection sushi from the 8-rolls menu, and everything we tried was excellent. This is a very good place.
We had reservations for a Friday night, party of a lot. We were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation. Our server was fantastic, the food outstanding! There was not one roll ordered that wasn't delicious, and the entrees were raved about. Highly recommend.

Long wait with tons of empty tables. When asked about sushi bar seating - that had tons of room - they said it was assigned seating. Come during the week when not busy because they don't know how to handle crowds.
