The food was average but nothing special for what I thought would be a specialty restaurant. The biggest surprise was being served just regular iced tea and told it did not include refills. Where else does this in the south, especially.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were told there was no refill on ice tea. We are known for giving unlimited refills on ice tea which is clearly stated on our menu and we do not hesitate to give you a to go cup filled with ice tea. More

The food was pretty good, reminds me of Caribbean food with the rice and stew chicken (which is what I ordered. I gave it a 4 because it is definitely something different in relation to restaurants in Fayetteville. Especially if you are not a huge fan of chains and if you like mom & pop shops. Worth a try!

Good exposure to West African Food. Not for everybody. Some interesting dishes. Service is variable.

Had lunch there. Excellent peanut soup with plenty of vegetables and chicken. My mom had the beans with fried plaintains. It was also good. They make good iced tea. Friendly staff.

I had never had this type of cuisine before, so I went in with an open mind and willing to step outside my box. I totally enjoyed it, they helped me with the menu, which really could have had more detail and helped me pick out food. The Ox tail and the jollof rice were great. I will say that... More

My wife has wanted to eat here for a while, but like everything else something always comes up. We finally made it and is was well worth it. We were greeted with a smile, and everyone is friendly. When the owner came to ask us how everything was you could see in his eyes that he really cared on how... More

The jollof rice is a favorite as are the meat pies! Everything is made as you order it, so make sure you plan to have time. That said, everything comes out piping hot, full of delicious warm spices, and with a smile from the server. Definitely worth the visit!
