Took my great-aunts to dinner there, who have ate there before, but not as often as I have. After waiting 15-20 minutes for our server, a waitress walked up to us and asked if we had been served yet. We said no, so she went back in the kitchen, then came back and said she would be taking care of... More

If you are looking for a good place to enjoy a nice steak that is not too expensive then the Boiler Room Steak House is the place to go in Franklin. I had the 16 ounce Sirloin, baked sweet potato and salad bar for the whopping sum of $25.00 The steak was cooked to order, flavor and texture were great... More

Great salad bar, excellent filet, and courteous service. Buddy said his coconut shrimp was ok, but not as good as Outback.

This is a nice place. The food options are broad so that makes it even more enjoyable. I like that they have a little train which moves around the above portion of the area and you can sit in a train car if you want to also. That's fun!

The food was good but nothing special considering the prices. The place itself was nice and the service good. The salad bar was the best part.

We liked the salad bar. The food was just okay. The prices could be lower. They do not serve alcohol. Convenient to the Smokey Mountain Center for the Performing Arts as well as the Fun Factory.

You leave here still hungry and spend a fortune for what you do get. Looks elegant and fancy inside. But you will be severally disappointed when you come. Their spaghetti is plane. As tho its from a can. I will say if you do decide to try it here. Come when they have the concert weekend buffet. Then you will... More

Went for my birthday and was not disappointed. The people were polite and friendly. The table we were seated at was cozy. Nice lighting. The food was great as usual and ended up having to take some home. We had the steak with mushrooms, ceaser salad, rolls and cheesecake for dessert. I would recommend the Broiler room to friends and... More

My Filet Migon was a little on the tough side but the salad bar, rolls with honey butter and the mashed potatoes were excellent. Full dinner menu not available when they have buffet which coincides with shows at the Smoky Mountain Center. Service was excellent and prompt. Loved convenience of making internet table reservation.

I got the soup, salad, and potato bar. All of the food and toppings were fresh, overall a great experience based on the food. Our wait staff was quick and kept all four of our drinks filled at all times and even went to the trouble of finding the child we had with us something to eat and drink that... More
