What you expect from where locals eat! We have tried 6 or 8 different meals and have never been disappointed! Give them a try!

Good reviews drew us to try. Liver was overcooked, dry & tough. Vegetables were quite good. Corn bread and biscuits were pretty good, but not great. Will try again sometime as maybe we did not make the best choice.

Everything is old school country! One of the few left in town! Prices are good and food is great from breakfast to supper, family owned restaurant.

The hotel has good home town cooking if that is what you are looking for. If you want something fancy this is not the place to go.

We had the standard breakfast eggs, bacon, hash browns and biscuit. It was great and the service was excellent and hometown friendly.

The food was plentiful and just plain good. Husband had fried catfish that he said was great. I sampled the hush puppies and they were gooooood! I had the breaded pork chop which was very tasty but too much gravy for my liking. It was easy to scrape to the side. Service was good. This is a place that the... More

My husband and I stopped here after coming through Cherokee. I wanted good home cooked food and that is exactly what we got. I ordered the chuckwagon with mashed potatoes, green beans and northern beans. My husband ordered the double cheeseburger (real patties not a bubbaburger). Oh, and the banana pudding was delicious. Be sure to have cash. They do... More
