This place was amazing! So many great flavors and combos! She was able to make super hero snowballs for the littles! So family friendly and the owner was amazing!!!! It’s a must visit!!!!

We had the Hatteras style snoballs. All the different combinations of snoballs and ice creams are great. The milkshakes were great too.

We come to hatteras every summer and this is my necessity we will get hatteras snoballs at least 4 times a week. If not everyday then nearly everyday and I have been known to get one after lunch and go back after dinner a time...or two. Always a great experience for the last 13 years I have been coming. The amount of flavors for snow cones is amazing just about any flavor you can think of a decent selection for ice cream and toppings.More

Tonight Friday July 2, 2021 I took my so to this shop we had been earlier in the week and spent over 40.00. We get to the shop which was suppose to close at 930 and they decided to change the hours to 9 it...was 903 and the window had blinds pulled. We were ok with that we walked on the porch and realized they were closed. Then a party of 8 walked on the porch making noise and they opened the window and started waiting on them. So I took my son back to the porch all he wanted was one cup of ice cream. I see the girl look out the window wait on the people and shut the blind in my face. I will not recommend this place to anybody. We are regulars to the island and camp walking distance to this shack and will never go back. That was totally unprofessional wait on one party and close the window on the next after looking out the window and seeing us standing there. Ridiculous!!!!!! terrible experience. Lost my business forever not a good way to encourage others to come back customer service means a lot maybe not to young people running the placeMore

Seriously, we love ice cream on hot summer days. But our little peanut is so intolerant to cow's milk and it's tough to find an ice cream shop that serves sno-cones, shaved ice, italian ice, etc. This place was great. No frills, come as you...are, friendly staff, and fantastic shaved ice. If you're not dairy free, definitely go for the Hatteras Style ice - vanilla ice cream on bottom, shaved ice on top. My husband recommends Tiger Blood Hatteras Style, I'll vote for Key Lime Pie or Dreamsicle Hatteras Style. My 2 year old would say Rainbow Ice is your best bet. Every flavor for every shaved ice enthusiast out there. Enjoy the funny and somewhat ridiculous signage.More

Went by based on other recommendations and reviews. We were not disappointed! They have sno cones, the Hatteras snow cone with ice cream in the middle, floats, etc! The place is laid bag and charming and the owner was fabulous! A must do while in...the outer banks!More

Our 1st time visiting this far south on the island and just so happened to stop by this place on the way back to our room, and what a great treat! The owner was great and made some really good recommendations and they even had...the marshmallow topping we're used to from back home! Highly recommend the Hatteras style with the ice cream on the bottom and sno ball on top! Enjoy.More

The ice was pretty good but they weren’t open the las5 time we went down because of hurricane Dorian which was disappointing

This is a local ice cream shop with the combination of ice cream and snow cone on top. I just had the ice cream but others had the combination and said it was tasty. Many combinations of ice cream and snow cone flavors.
