Every time we go there for dinner in the past 10-12 years after 5pm it is packed. Clearly the manager runs a good business. Service was great, food great, good experience all around. Only negative in my view is the marshmallows on a baked potato....Please ditch the mallows, offer sour cream. FYI it is a little loud, but you cannot expect perfect every time.More

My wife and I have been wanting to try this place for a couple years, but it has been SRO every time we visited so we were turned off by the crowds. Finally found a lax night this week and tried it. The waitress was...just about as nice as you could ask for. Very sweet and attentive. And we also met the assistant manager, who was training on her first night. Again, a really nice person. My wife and I both ordered steaks and a couple of sides. We ordered our steaks medium. They both came almost raw. We mentioned it to our waitress who apologized and quickly took them back to the kitchen for a do over. Mine came back with a hot pink center, which is what I expected the first time, but my wife’s steak was still mostly raw and she was unable to eat it. My steak was delicious. The manager came over, apologized and asked my wife what she do to make it better. We appreciate her attention. She gave my wife a coupon for our next visit. Not sure my wife will want to go running back there.More

This is a a top notch steakhouse hut. Customer service was awesome and waitress was at ninja level. Received our food fast and it was wonderful.

My son and myself both ordered the 8 Oz steak and BBQ chicken. Son described steak best, as jerky. It was cooked to the point of having no juice or taste. The BBQ chicken was not BBQ chicken. It was grilled and then drowned with...sauce on the plate. I had to remind waitress that I was to get steak fries, she forgot. My tea ran out and I had to drink the water from the melting ice. We had to bus our own table, because the waitress never offered to remove a single empty dish and then i had to ask her to take them after we stacked them up due to limited space on table for 2. She took 1 stack and left the other stack on the table. I went there expecting a good meal and tender juicy steak. Disappointed in every aspect of the visit. Terrible, terrible, terrible.More

We visited Texas Roadhouse grill I purchased new York strip and he purchased sirloin and medium well. Needless to say they replace steak 3 times until his liking. They sever to please anyone in the north carolina Charlotte area should stop by Texas Roadhouse Grill.

I have been an out of town customer for many years. This store has been consistently awesome with great food and outstanding service. I choose to drive from Greenville, SC for an hour to eat here because the store in Taylors (Greenville), SC is beyond...horrible in every way. This Gastonia store is extremely busy but yet they always give outstanding service. That is the result of excellent management and staff. Tonight was a joy as always. My server was Tay. You need to plan to eat here and ask for her. She is so nice and makes you feel like you are her only customer. Thank you Tay and all of the staff for a wonderful evening.More

Just moved here from Texas. Went to Texas Road House in Bedford, Texas many many times even during Covid-19. Never waited for hours to get in as we watched many folks come 30 minutes after us get seated right away. Couldn't call in and ask...for tables phone is never answered; There will come a day when restaurants will be gone because of very poor service such as this place. Yes we know of the excuse of not enough help. But you can't use it for ever. I saw it in Texas the Roadhouse kept it moving there and was always a fast quick pleasant to eat there. Sad I must now drive to Texas just to eat at a Texas Road House. Bet the drive would be quicker to get a table than here at the Gastonia Road House.More

This was our first visit to Texas Roadhouse. We were impressed. Katelyn was our server and she was really friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The menu had a large selection. Between the wonderful service, good food and reasonable...prices, we look forward to another visit to a Texas Roadhouse.More

Traveling from Georgia to Charlotte we, a party of five, were looking for a meal. Remembering this Texas Roadhouse I looked it up and saw that it opened at 3:00 on this particular Friday afternoon. We arrived about 3:45 and we were immediately seated to...then greeted by our server Loghan. Our orders were placed and we we were treated to complementary peanuts to sustain us during our wait. Our orders soon arrived and were prepared as we ordered. All items were deliciously prepared and Ms. Loghan kept check on us until we were satisfactorily satiated!More

Three of us had smothered chicken extremely good, three had steak they said tender and cooked right for them. We had a wonderful waitress she was on her game and served us well.

I have been coming to this location for almost eight years and sometimes I am passing through on my way home from a business trip and sometimes I make over a two hour drive just to enjoy dinner. Tonight was just delightful as always. My...server Victoria did a stellar job. She perfectly timed my appetizer, salad, and entree so that my food was hot and fresh. This young lady provides great customer service. Gwen the Manager along with her Assistant Sabrina came by my table giving me a warm welcome and checking to make sure I was satisfied with my food and service. You will be hard pressed to find another restaurant that provides this kind of experience. This is why I have made that drive for almost eight years and I will continue to do so.More
