Our first time there, and it will be one of our favs. The ordering process is a bit confusing, but they are willing to explain it. I had delicious corn chowder and an oriental salad. Also had a coffee with a shot of expresso. There didn't seem to be a lot of salt and preservatives in the food, which is... More

This is the first time arriving at Panera they ran out of coffee. They did remedy it but we did have to wait and it was an inconvenience especially because we were travelling.

We made a lunch stop on our way back from Atlanta to Greensboro at 2PM. Not a peak time but service was so slow it was painful. They had plenty of staff working so not sure why only 1 person was on the register while at least 4 others were milling around behind the counter. Our order was another 10-15... More

We generally like Panera foods. The broccoli soup here is below par...kind of gloppy. Bacon, turkey bravo sandwich was pretty good.

The quality of the food is 'OK' (not the quantity) and the service is 'OK'...the prices are not 'OK' too expensive for the quality of the food...Don't order a tuna sandwich if your hungry, because they use a 'melon ball' scoop and load it with lettuce. One entire sandwich is equivalent to a half a sandwich for a normal person...... More

This is the first time at a Panera and I though it was an excellent find. The food was fresh, healthy and delicious. There was plenty to eat. The service was excellent and everyone was very helpful. The restaurant has a lovely, inviting atmosphere and the presentation of food very nice. I think it was a good price for the... More

I ordered lunch for about 15 people for pick up from the catering department at Panera bread. This was my first time ordering from the catering and it was absolutely perfect. They packaged everything so that it was presentable and we had everything we needed. The food was terrific and we had more than enough. I will definitely be catering... More

We eat Panera often and this location follows the formula. Nothing out of the ordinary although Panera is a ,Amir step up from most fast food. Normal soups and sandwiches. We hit it late so pastries were a bit thin. Did notice the self order kiosks. Did not use them but glad to see the option.
