We always host Thanksgiving in Hiawassee GA and a tradition has also become to go to the Cooper Door prior to Thanksgiving. This restaurant is a gem nestled within these very small villages within the mountains.

I had the fresh catch of the day. The salad with pears is wonderful. My sister loved the scallops and butternut squash. My dad loved the steak. Desserts are amazing.

This is a hidden treasure. Amazing food. Steaks melt in your mouth. Never have we been disappointed and go back every time we are in town.
