This restaurant keeps changing hands, so I don't know how it is now. However, the dining area is mostly dismal as a dungeon. I just don't go there because of that. I have not tried it since it changed hands, so I cannot speak to the quality of the food, service or value.

Nice simple place. This was a second visit and the staff is pleasant. First trip and the burger was fine, so we tried a regular lunch entree this time..............big mistake. The meatloaf was cooked to the texture of a brick, maybe a reheat to extreme from left overs. The Tacos? Were overcooked bits of meat on tortillas with onion and... More

Not much to get excited about with this place except for the interesting decorations. The service sucked. They were uninterested in giving any menu assistance, there was just no personality to the service staff at all. It was hard enough to get a "Hello" when we walked in. Our breakfast was average at best. Home fries were simply fried potatoes,... More

This is a great place for breakfast. The home fries are really good. The prices are quite reasonable and the service is goof

This place is currently called Maria's---it's undergone numerous name changes over last few years. Primary breakfast restaurant in Hayesville and we routinely eat here. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast has recently deteriorated. Not sure if it's a "cook" issue, but the quality of the food isn't up to standards. For example, ordered eggs medium--they came barely cooked. Bacon ordered... More

While staying in Hayesville we have enjoyed eating here on more than one occasion. Good service & good food. The parking lot is always full of cars so you know it's good.

Riding thru we spotted the All American Diner, we past it and went to the downtown area. Then we returned, what a good move. The lunch buffet was being served, it included an entree with 2 sides, drink and dessert. Fried chicken was our choice. Great home style cooking with a friendly atmosphere. The dessert choice was apple cobbler(what else)... More

On Friday night is All you can Eat Catfish. Add the cheese grits and you will love it. Go early or expect to stand in line. This is a very popular restaurant with the locals. Saturday ribs are the speciality

Luckily we saw a sign for the Hayesville Diner, and that it was located across from the school. We stopped and had breakfast, and have been back 3 times in a month. We live about 30 minutes away, and it is well worth the trip. It is home cooking at its best, including the biscuits and breakfast potatoes! The locals... More
