We were the only diners for most of our lunch here, but we enjoyed the food and the attentive service. Good selection of beers which we all sampled plus a nicely grilled chicken panini with fresh fruit and a pleasing Reuben and fries. It would be worth returning for one of their wine dinners since they seem to specialize in... More

After further thought following my last review, Tim offered a Gift Certificate and asked for another opportunity. My partner and I visited again on March 29. We were greeted warmly by Joe who provided excellent service during our stay. Our meal was delicious, and the experience was pleasant.

We decided to have a tapas dinner for my wife's birthday. I had flowers delivered and they had them on our table when we arrived. The service was great and the food delicious. Highly recommend.

My family and I have suffered through 3 visits to Bistro B. We were lured back by the outstanding food every time and every time we left feeling duped. No more Bistro B for us. On every occasion the food has been outstanding when/if it arrived. Most recently an order of tapas, my son's main dish for the evening, was... More

I made a reservation 2 weeks ago for 12 people at 6:00 on Monday, February 27. I made the reservations by phone because Open Table would not accept that many patrons for online booking. When I arrived at 5:30 on Monday, February 27, there was a crude handwritten note on the door Closed 2/27. No one called me to advise... More

Ordered the Gyro, which came with the most tasteless tzitziki spread across the pita and the rest piled on top. The pita soaked in the watery yogurt which was so bland. I think they forgot to make some and just decided to just throw on some yogurt instead. SOGGY! I went with the french fries which were little strings and... More

The place has been remodeled and the kitchen cleaned up. The chef is still All World. The bar seating is significantly worse and the wait staff remains the wait staff. The two youngest showed some initiative when a leak happened in the bar. My first wine choice was not in stock. Tapas to to die for. And the second wine... More

Bistro B is a one of a kind restaurant in the Triad. The small plates menu is really world-class. I was in Madrid, Spain 3 weeks ago and went to a well regarded small plates restaurant but the food at Bistro B is actually better! The chef blends a number of cooking influences into delicious creations. This was my 4th... More

I love this restaurant. I live 30 minutes away and drive out when cravings hit. The quality of the food is excellent. The chef does a great job with the preparation and presentation. The Beef Carpaccio is not to be missed.
