Visited Morganton to try a few of their breweries that have recently revitalized the downtown area. Most only offered snacks to eat and folks recommended Wisteria for dinner. Quiet and quaint with a good selection of beer. Wish they offered more on tap but the food was excellent! We all had different main courses so we could sample, and it... More

Stopping for lunch with family - 2 children and 4 adults. At first we were concerned they were only serving brunch, but luckily burgers were on the menu. The burger were a hit on homemade bread and terrific skinny fries. My husband and I shared the eggs Benedict on a biscuit, trout cake and fried green tomatoes. It is 2... More

Our meal was ok. Had the meatloaf and it was pretty normal-nothing special. The mashed potatoes were very good. $20 for meatloaf seemed a bit expensive.

We absolutely loved this restaurant AND the location! Right in the heart of downtown Morganton. We made reservations, which appeared to be a good decision, because it got busy quickly. The menu changes regularly based on what's available locally as far as ingredients, fresh veggies, fruits, etc. A couple of dishes we had included bacon wrapped meatloaf and a locally... More

By 8pm the tables upstairs were full and loud but we got one of the few tables left in the quieter and darker bar section downstairs. My partner's Old Cuban cocktail was well constructed and my bottle of local English-style Peoples Porter was quiet delicious (and I speak as an Englishman). We ate a large locally-farmed beef burger, cooked exactly... More

This was our first visit here. What a nice place, great environment. We had several delicious appetizers. The pimento cheese, pigs in a blanket...all Great! I ordered the bacon wrapped meatloaf, it was a delicious dinner. I ordered the Apple pie for dessert and the very nice lady at the bar made me an iced coffee... it was delicious. Thanks... More

Saturday night. Date night. After a great day in the area, our visit culminated in a dinner at Wisteria. Their wine list is good as is their cocktail list. Our service was excellent. The changing menu is something I like and I think the chef has done a good job of pulling together flavors and ingredients. We had the brussels... More

The restaurant has more formal dining upstairs and a pub downstairs. We ate in the pub and it was excellent.

Farm to table restaurant with broad selection of pasture centered meats, vegetables. Locally sourced foods. Great selection of beers and wines. Live entertainment on weekends at times. Outdoor seating. Service is occasionally a little slow but the meal is definitely worth the wait.
