I tried to order water with my meal and was told they don't have clean tap water so I would have to order a bottled water or something else. Made me wonder how clean the dishes and food was then. Had a turkey sub, it was ok.

I am a fan of local places and not known to stray away from a dive so I gave this place a shot. Once is more than enough!! It's ironic they named it Pirate's deck. The view is of a food lion parking lot where I saw a very large older gentleman struggle to put a shirt on. First time... More

Inside of restaurant was closed due renovations which was a little odd. So outside seating was our only option. The table was incredibly sticky for some reason but not dirty? Food was fabulous! Steak was amazing and peel n eat shrimp was yummy! We would definitely eat there again!

I love eating outside on their deck. They have good food choices, I always get crab legs. Just your usual dive bar, nothing special. Great place for beer and wings. Off the main strip beside Lowes grocery.

The slow service really took away from the good food we had. 90+ minutes is way too long to spend at a restaurant like this. Our drinks were never refilled and more than 10 minutes after boxing up our leftovers we had to ask for the check. While we enjoyed our food (fried pickles, oysters a d shrimp, excellent cola... This place is fun and a bit wild and on edge. We got good service and the peel and eat shrimp was great. You might say it is a dive.....but in a good fun way. They have lots of repeat customers and locals mixed with visitors. Argh ....Arrrrrgh

Pirate's Deck has a fun, local vibe and a bit on the eccentric side (in a good way). Food is very average but service was great.

The service was slow. Worst seafood in the area. Served cold and greasy, even the fries were bad. Would not return. It is mostly a beer joint.

Visited this establishment for an adult beverage & appetizer per suggestion. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Inexpensive drinks. We ordered the "fried appetizer platter" to share between two people. This included onion rings, mozzarella cheesesticks, jalapeño poppers, chicken tenders & mushrooms for $9.95. The portions are huge. The two of us did not get through half of it. The service... More
