Excellent food across the board. We each ordered an entree and had enough food for two meals. I was completely full. I got the Panang curry with medium heat. I usually get high heat but was a bit under the weather so didn't want to...push it. My meal was superb with medium heat - just what to doctor ordered. The food and service are excellent for an evening out. I do not do sushi, but I have seen the food go out to many tables and a lot of happy people. I recommend this place.

I think most of the other reviews cover it, but I love this place! I stop here every time I'm in town (several times a year). I ADORE the crab salad. The appetizers are delicious. Sora was a wonderful find in a town that is lacking in decent food. Fresh sushi, fun specials, great service. There were a lot of people waiting outside when we arrived but turn over was quick. Quoted 30 minutes, seated in about 15-20. We had...two of the special rolls, the fried rock shrimp (think Bang Bang shrimp), the Spring Breeze and green salads. The salads were large with very fresh lettuce. Would definitely return when we come back to Pisgah.More

Much to my surprise, Sora, far away from the ocean, offers sushi that can compete in freshness and quality with what’s offered in my hometown CHARLOTTE,NC. Sora may not have the variety of Fish but what they have is excellent! I like to order most...fish in sashimi fashion and my fav pieces are yellowtail, fish eggs with quail egg, sea urchin and occasional salmon (farm raised). Also very good is the yellowtail Hand Roll and eel (unagi). I always enjoy sitting at the bar so I can observe the food preparation. The 2 sushi chefs are very nice and pleasant and we usually have a good conversation with lots of laughter. Sora is my fav restaurant in Brevard and i would only go elsewhere is I have to. The decorum of Sora is Chinese and nothing special. Sora is Chinese owned and Managed. Going back on Friday and can’t wait!More

This restaurant features an impressive and extensive selection of the various Japanese styles of food preparation. The service was brisk and efficient, the preparation was delicious and the variety gave us a chance to sample many of our favorites. A very positive experience

What wonderful food here. Though it wasn't on the menu, I chose penang shrimp and they accommodated the request. It was the perfect mix of veges, shrimp, and curry. I had mine over white rice. Everyone else enjoyed their dishes as well. My son's hibachi...scallops looked really good.More
