You can always count on Dolly's to have the perfect ice cream treat. We went in for ice cream cones today and everyone raved about how good they were. I had the pralines and cream. Could very well be the best version of this flavor...I've ever had.More

They were out of almost all the ice cream flavors & bananas. Strange since you can buy bananas at a grocery store less than 5 minutes away. It is the end of the ice cream eating season so I understand running out of flavors. But...wouldn’t it be better to remove the flavors from the menu board?More

So many flavors, cones, what a sweet treat! I loved relaxing on the front porch watching the passerby's as I relaxed and enjoyed my ice cream!

Dolly's is right at the entrance to Pisgah Forest. There's always a line to get their ice cream. It's a house with a little walk up window to order from. There are a lot of picnic tables with umbrellas, plus a covered porch with rocking...chairs and benches. Nothing better than to end a day of hiking by grabbing a rocking chair and a tall ice cream cone. What makes the ice cream special is that they have about 15 homemade combos to order from. They are generally named for the local sights and are absolutely wonderful. There are flavors with swirls of peanut butter, chocolate, caramel and so on. One of my favorites has white chocolate chips and raspberry swirls. Considering that there are a lot of little kids here, I'm sure the picky eaters can have a plain vanilla scoop.More

We love the creative flavors at Dolly's. Named after local attractions and experiences, the ice cream is creamy, has excellent flavor, and has good outdoor seating.

Stopped by on our way to see some water falls. The ice cream was very good. They were generous portions. Also have a gift shop. Have a variety of soft serve and regular ice cream treats

We’ve been coming to the N.C. mountains for years, and we always hike in the Pisgah Forest and finish our day devouring delicious ice cream at Dolly’s. Don’t be fooled by the little shack, the ice cream is great and the creative flavors are named...for area camps.More

Yummy ice cream stop. I got a strawberry sundae and it was a perfect treat for after dinner. This was my second time going here. I would go back on my next trip to Brevard.
