This was my first visit to Fujisan. I must say the wait staff was very accommodating. We went on a Friday night and were seated almost immediately. Very entertaining with the food preparation. They give you plenty of food to eat. Will definitely be back.

A group of 11 of us went for our third time to the restaurant. Unlike the prior two times over the past couple years, everyone's meal was virtually tasteless. There was no exception: the steak, the chicken, the shrimp, and the appetizers did not have any taste to them. If I would have closed my eyes, I would not have... More

Our group was going to a movie after church on Christmas day and wanted to eat lunch at Brier Creek before the movie. We finally settled on Fujisan, and was not disappointed, the chef was entertaining and the food good. The cost for eight adults and two children was $109.00 with tip. This is a good place when you are... More

Our group of 10 met for a dinner here. We were seated promptly and our beverage order was quickly taken. We were seated in a small private room with about 18 seats. No other guests were seated with us which is probably good because this group was pretty rowdy. The food preparation, presentation, flavors, quantity, timing were all great. Everyone... More

Warm and Friendly greeting. Party of four was seated promptly. We waited approximately fifteen minutes until someone else was seated and another ten until preparation area was filled. Our chef was friendly and aimed to please-thanks! What seems is not what is....The price of the menu is too much for what you truly get. Lots of Noodles and Rice, Why?... More

So to start out I've been avoiding hibachi style places since I was forced to go GF. Knowing how the food was prepared made me incorrectly assume there would be no way to get a safe meal. To correct that assumption I had, the process at this hibachi is to cook my entire meal first using GF soy sauce (no... More

Most hibachi restaurants I've been to offer a choice of soup or salad, but Fujisan gives you both. Also different for us was the addition of fried noodles, which we've never had. I must say they were very good. I had the Hibachi Shrimp, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The other sides were pretty much standard fare, veggies and fried rice,... More

Good place for a quick lunch. You sit at a large table for up to 8 people. The chef comes out and cooks your food in front of you on a grill at the table. You get a small salad and a bowl of rice, along with whatever hibachi food you order--steak, shrimp, chicken, etc. Took a friend out for... More

Fujisan offers your standard Hibachi fare at standard Hibachi fare prices. I would have given it a 3.5 but the chefs really went out of their way to entertain the children at the tables I was near.. so that brought them up to a 4. The decor is struggling and cleanliness is adequate. We usually go to Kanki down at... More
