I visit this location so I can work from here when I get bored of working from home. The staff is always friendly and the coffee is extra hot (a plus in my opinion). I usually get a latte with some flavoring syrup. Bagels are good - pumpernickel is the best, but most people seem to get their more complicated... More

Lots of locals hang here for hours and tables are often occupied by them. This seems to be a "training" store for staff, often causing slow service. Have been here numerous times and will now drive to a location further as a result. Also needs a serious renovation.

Go early on the weekends. Weekday mornings expect mothers and babies! Ask for a plastic bag for your bagels and buy your cream cheese at the grocery!

I've been here now a half dozen times or more. It's close to home. A good option. But... On my last visit here I saw an extremely unappetizing scene at the counter. Woman with gloves on slopped a large quantity of hot sausage and bacon by hand into a large tray, and then without changing gloves, etc, went good on... More

I asked for not toasted bagels. Got toasted bagels. Asked for plain bagel with cream cheese. Got onion bagel without the cream cheese.Asked for water. Got a small cup with 3/4 ice. Asked for no ice and the cup size was small. Had to ask to get everything corrected. Service was slow. Employees curt. The food was good after it... More

...the only place in North Raleigh open at 6am. Yay! About my ratings: In an effort to compare apples to apples, my ratings are strictly for establishments within thirty minutes travel of each-other. It makes no sense whatsoever to give five stars to a top Paris restaurant or hotel and then only give three stars to the very best hotel... More

I enjoyed their sandwiches, they tasted fresh and handmade. Then, if you do a survey online with the code on the receipt, they will give you 3 free bagels. The bagels were a bit tough, but were enjoyable for being free. They had a lot of flavors; it would be hard to not find something you like. I would definitely... More

In for breakfast this morning.Service is the only thing that was good. The bagel was a garlic and I couldn't taste any garlic! It had sausage that was tasteless and was cold! Awful..don't bother!

Simple order - took forever and then got it wrong. plus manager has a bad attitude. It's bagels, for goodness sake. It would have been one thing if they'd been crowded. No wonder not many people there.

If you want healthy, fresh delicious breads and muffins stop by here. These breads are addictive so do not stop by unless you are able to return to enjoy these breads again.
