Someone recommended this restaurant. The location was clean and decent. I had high expectations going to the restaurant maybe to high. Customer service was good. I stopped in to get a late lunch, the staff were super friendly and the food was excellent!!!! Everything was fresh and tasty. The barbecue chicken was moist and the homemade cakes were to die for! I loved this place! Hope to be back again soon.

The beef brisket and pulled pork were the stars of my show. Add to the quality food the fact that the floor servers were cheerful, helpful, and informative giving us an... More

Came in with my mom to get a few take out plates because we heard the food was good. We came in about 10 mins early, so they asked us to take a seat. As we waited, the regulars started packing in. I tried to ask a waitress a few questions, but she wasn't interested...she would smile and sing. However,... More

When I was asked where a good local place to eat is, I say Hunter Hill! I have been going here for years and the people I have referred rave about it. The Beef Brisket will bring tears to your eyes!

Sort of a small southern version of K & W but with no frills and low prices. We go there after church and even though so do hundreds of others the line goes very fast so don't let the crowd bother you. There is plenty of room and you can enjoy the giant fish tank while you wait and eat.... More

Went there for the first time with a friend on our way back to the Raleigh-Durham Airport. I was truly impressed. The food was delicious - highly recommended. Can't wait to go back on my next trip to NC.

Took family to this cafeteria style BBQ joint. Everything here is made from scratch. Think of K&W BBQ style.. I had ribs and BBQ chicken , boiled potatoes, collards , hush puppies. All of it was luke warm..the ribs were cold (they offered to nuke them)..but they were tasty , the chicken was moist but bland. Collards had zero seasoning... More
