We had dinner at another restaurant and it wss still completely empty when we walked back past at eight. The next time w walked in at 7:30 on a... More

Thanks for your lovely review Amelia.. How can you NOT recommend us when you haven't eaten here!! Did you know our Restaurant is out the back..? Clearly signed in the Cafe.. Why would we say we were fully booked if we were not? You obviously didn't wait too long for myself or a staff member to attend to you.. Bizarre... More

The ambience is comfortable - nothing flash, but not dumpy. Food is outstanding, and there are some unique wines from the local area. Jeff made the meal very pleasant with the right balance of care and interest without being in our pockets. Strongly recommended

Perfect place for a lazy lunch with a local Riesling. Time flew by as we enjoyed our seafood meals. Fresh, hot and very tasty. Great prices and great service.

While the food that eventually arrived after some enquiry was quite nice. The lack of updates from staff as to why we had such a wait was wrong not once were we approached by a staff member to explain why our meal was late, granted they were a little busy but not in keeping with the wait time. After looking... More

We had 2 people booked with a Vintage Festival Event on in our town.. We cooked 105 meals on that particular day.. I am surprised my staff or I did not notify you of waiting times and I would like to apologise to you.. Im sorry you were disappointed.. I hope we have the opportunity to look after you again... Called in for dessert today and coffee. Lovely place and terrific service. My partner adored his apple crumble and coffee was amazing with a dash of Tia Maria. The place was busy so obviously popular. Leanne was so friendly and offered us great advise on places to visit whilst in the Barossa. I cannot believe how friendly the locals are,... More

We visited one evening and all had steaks and a shared pepper octopus for starter. We couldn't fault the food in any way. Octopus was tasty and well cooked and the steaks were superb!!! Friendly staff and great place.

We had been here a few times, and it was always a nice experience. The parmigiana is always good, but my favourite meal was the most recent. Grilled chicken breast with a blue cheese sauce. If you are big on blue cheese like me, this is not to be missed! Dessert of creme brûlée was also outstanding. Lovely staff all... More

Love it! A great meal every time. I rarely go out for a meal so I like to know I'll enjoy it when I do. Lord Lyndoch is the best restaurant by far!

Very decent pub grub. The beef is so good, don't drown it with sauce. Opt for the au jus on the side, rather than the too-rich Lord sauce if you do the steak.
