Lovely place.... Had a quick brunch before heading for extensive wine tasting tour. Old world charm. Friendly staff. Quick service....The Salmon sandwich was one of the best I had. The Lamington was OK too...

Not the most amazing bakery we have ever visited, has all the usual eats and treats. Pies and pasties are filling, but we found them to be a little lacking in flavour

First up - what's with the weird vegetarian pasties? There was no warning that it was not your average pastie - it seemed to mainly consist of mushrooms and spinach. It wasn't UNpleasant, but our kids weren't thrilled and didn't want to eat them, so that was a waste of money (once for the pasties, and once again when we... More

Had some nice pastries with the family! However, it was so loud and cramped inside the bakery that the young lady taking my order messed up both orders! All in all, they need work on customer service. Not satisfied.

Dear Wardi196, Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed your pastries. Yes it was extremely busy the day you visited and our staff were all learning a new POS till system, hence they were under a lot of pressure. Please accept our apologies for the confusion and we look forward to welcoming you and your family... More

A beautiful spot - had a tasty roll (plenty of pastries on offer) and a good strong black coffee Great resting place after a trip around the Barossa Great indoor and outdoor seating , catering to all requirements Nice park outlook , friendly staff . Only "complaint " was they don't do "double cut" rolls !

Very disappointed to bite into the pie I purchased to find it wasn't what I ordered. Wanted beef satay and received a plain meat pie which I grew out of 20 years ago.

Dear Graysand2016. Thank you for your review. I spoke to the lady whom served you and she was most apologetic. It was an unintentional error on her behalf and she readily exchanged the pie when you pointed out her error. We look forward to welcoming you back here when you are next through this region. My wife and I came here for lunch with two of her cousins, one of whom resided in Lyndoch before she was married 50 odd years ago! A Lovely and very popular bakery along your way touring the Barossa. They have a great variety of bakery goodies with seasonal items throughout the year. We visit at least once a week. Yummo
