I was here on a Saturday night with a group of 8 people. I've heard people rave about this place since I got here (arrived 11/16). Finally went to dinner here and ordered the chicken parm. It was ok, nicely prepared, but I was just not in love with it. I am not sure I would come here again. To... More

This place is a good solid, family owned, restaurant!!! I typically get a salad with chicken on it and a Sub Sandwich of some kind. I save half the sub for lunch the following day. I have never had anything but great food here. Their entrees are great. The Pasta dishes are real good regardless of which sauce you choose.... More

This place is the best to eat in Sanford NC. The food is great the service is great and the tea is real sweet. I eat here couple times of a week. Mike and staff are the best.

Some dishes are great but not a fan of their version of red pasta sauces. Pizza is good...especially the white pizza!

Do not let the simple decor keep you from eating here. In my opnion, this is Hands Down, some of the best food I have ever had. My husband and I eat here all the time. Sanford is a small town and Cafe V is not a chain, and that's what makes so good.

I have lived here for a year now and since then I've been struggling trying to find a good pizza. As soon as you walk in you can smell the garlic! I went around 6pm and it was slow, but around 6:30 it started to get busy. Another thing I noticed was the amount of people ordering to go. You... More

I feel this place is severely underrated in the overall number for Sanford at 18. We had dinner there this evening, both the Chicken Parmigiana and the evening special of a mixed Lasagna and Penne Alfredo plate were excellently prepared, served quickly and at a reasonable cost. It's in a strip mall with plenty of parking and there is ample... More

We all get busy sometimes and forget about our favorite eateries. This evening we were in the mood for Italian food. I am pleased that we decided to dine at Cafe Vesuvio. They had a fantastic lasagne and penne special with a salad under $10.00 on a Saturday night at that! Wonderful food and great service. If not for watching... More
