As good a sushi as I have had in any major city in the United States, Canada or Europe. A really pleasant surprise in this adorable little town.

I've been going to Thai peppers for a while now and it's my only exposure to Thai food so I can't speak for its authenticity I can however speak for its deliciousness. The food has always been fresh, delicious, and made to order. The staff is friendly and prompt. The Sushi as well is great. My only low point and... More
We like to try out many kinds of restaurants when we travel, and Thai is near the top. The place was quiet and relaxing, although the contemporary music did not fit the place. Fortunately it was not at all loud. Service was very attentive and friendly. The food was OK. It seemed like everything we ate was so mildly seasoned... More
Thai Peppers is definitely some of the best if not the best Thai food I've ever had. If you are in the Southport area, you must check out this place. I had the Spicy Thai Curry and it was simply amazing and oh so delicious!
Nothing to write home about, decent food in a pretty funky setting--service is friendly. Old menus encased in plastic, a jumble of furniture, comfortable but run down booths and table seating. Noodle dishes and stir fry with crispy vegetables, moderately tasty. A good lunch option in Southport.
This past Friday we drove over to Southport to have lunch at Thai Pepper's. Absolutely delicious. The service was quick and friendly and the food was superb ! We had a Green Curry and a spicy "wild" currey ( Gang Par) that I have not seen in other Thai restaurants. These followed a beautiful palate of an avocado sushi roll--again... More
I have been here twice for lunch. They have good lunch specials. Each time I ordered Thai food instead of sushi. Thai lunches include soup, an an appetizers (usually a spring roll served with the entree), and rice. I thought the food was good, even had a little spice to it. Overall the service was quick and friendly, although the... More
I have to have their beef noodle soup every so often! It is SO good! Great price too! Their Thai dumplings are good, I love the special soy sauce! :)
I visited in December and my review complained of the mothball smell. Went back for lunch in January and all the Christmas decorations were put up. The mothball smell was still there but very subtle and once the food came, the great flavor and aromas took over. Had the pad Thai for lunch and it ranked up there with best... More
Living locally we seen to gravitate to a few restaurants and Thai Pepper may be our favorite. Interesting meals and what my wife categorizes as some of the best curry dishes she's tasted. POlus they have offered for a couple of years now an extensive sushi menu. Not the most interesting interior, but the food and service makes up for... More
