I've been to this restaurant several times, so it's kind of funny that when I finally have a little time to write some reviews, it follows right on the tail of my first and only bad experience there. So, I'll start with every time except this once, I thought the food was very good when put up against other Mexican... More

I looked up and read reviews of Mexican Restaurants in the area and El Tucan looked to have consistently good food so I decided to head over. Service was very good and staff was very welcoming. I really enjoyed their warm chips and the salsa is as good as you can get at any Mexican Restaurant. I ordered the Fajita... More

I must saw that from the outside you would think twice about entering but it is a good hole in the wall restaurant that is family owned. The meal portions were huge and the rice and beans were some of the best I have tasted thus far. You won't be disappointed with the meat and chicken dishes as well as... More

I don't know why I've never visited here before. I guess it's because there are two franchise Mexican Restaurants within a short distance that my friends seem to like, they've never been very impressive to me. El Tucan on the other hand, well, they are quite impressive. First, it's not a chain/franchise, its a family owned establishment that makes Mexican... More

Even though they are in the middle of the construction zone they still do a great business and the food is still very good. The prices are good for lunch and it's really quick.

I had lunch at this restaurant earlier today. The restaurant is definitely old and the interior is campy. But guess what… Who cares? The food was fantastic! I had a chili Relleno. a taco with beans and guacamole… Wow great lunch for a very reasonable price!

Love the food. My husband and I have eaten here a few times. Like the fact that it is small and not rushed. Very relaxing meal.

Because of the configuration of the roads and the heavy traffic of the immediate area, El Tucan Mexican Restaurant is a hole-in-the-wall place is very easy to miss. The parking area in front of it is small and only half paved with asphalt. Therefore, it is all the more surprising to find El Tucan filled with lunch diners by 11:20... More

I had lunch at El Tucan having deciding after driving by it for three years it was time to give it a try. The restaurant is small but has a lot of space inside. The outside décor leaves much to be desired as it looks like a dive. However once inside it is much nicer. As expected by the name... More
