This place rocks! They have a great selection of acai bowls; lots of healthy options. We had the smaller sized bowls and it was hard to finish it! Please note, this is window service with outdoor rustic seating, so you may want to time your...visit to avoid sitting out in the heat if you are biking or driving a golf cart, etc.More

Highly recommend their avacado toast and backdoor acai bowl. Call ahead and place your oder - saves time during pickup and can avoid lines.

We went here for breakfast one day. The food and service were good. Plenty of options to choose from for your bowl.

Our acai bowls were delicious and there are options for customizing your order. There is some outdoor seating available.

Way too sweet and tastes like a frozen gloppy pudding dessert. We tried each of their signature “bowls” and they were too sugary and heavy for breakfast or brunch. The only star was their avocado toasts. With a generous sprinkling of everything seasoning and fresh...lemon juice, the toasts were creamy, fresh and tasty. We even pitched the smoothies. Too much banana and peanut butter heaviness.More

We stopped for breakfast and loved it! Had the Backdoor bowl, avocado toast and a sunrise smoothie. Definitely a place to stop for fresh, healthy, and delicious options. The staff were friendly and had suggestions for modifying the smoothie for a kid’s palate.

The Açaí bowls are so good. I was looking for a more healthier place to eat at while on vacation and this definitely met my expectations. I’m pretty sure all their menu is also vegan which is a win

My wife and I stopped by to get a couple of fruit smoothies, as recommended by a friend. It was near their closing time and the young lady taking the order was friendly enough but obviously irritated that she had to take and fill an...order so close to closing time. When we got our smoothies, both glasses were MAYBE 3/4 full. For $5.50 each, and the taste was okay at best, we won’t be back for more.More

We found this little gem on our second day in Hatteras and came back the next day for more! My daughter (5) wanted "something cold" to eat so we stopped in here for a smoothie. We came back the next day for breakfast to try...the hot oatmeal bowl and it didn't disappoint. Everything here is made with fresh ingredients and there's a lot of variety for a few basic items (bowls, smoothies, and toasts). Hatteras Bowls is adjacent to a surf shop and does not have indoor seating. There are a few chairs to sit at outside but unfortunately mosquitos and bugs were ubiquitous. It would be wonderful to have a bit more seating (and fewer bugs), but the yummy food makes up for it. (Take it to go!).More

This place was so great that we had to go back for a second time! Fantastic menu, reasonably priced tucked away in the shade.

We purchased the bowls for $10 and spoons were $2. Each item has “Hatteras Bowls” inscribed. I’m not sure if they fill them on return visits.
