Every time we visit Winston-Salem, we have to stay at the Brookstown Inn and walk across the street to Willows'. We were there this weekend and ate dinner on Saturday night and brunch on Sunday. If I lived next door to Willows Bistro, I'd eat there every day. Yes, it's that good.

Experienced dinner and brunch! Amazing food, all locally grown. Reservations are highly recommended.

The food is an experience. This place is so good, atmosphere and wait staff are wonderful! Our waiter was so much fun. It's worth the drive & wait!

Had dinner and drinks with friends in November. Food was very good. Drinks were a bit different...Very curiously, could not order a Crown Royal & 7UP...no 7Up...or ginger ale...it was like we were ordering something crazy...this is a standard drink for this part of the world. I did discover a new Bourbon (Bullet), which I enjoyed straight, though I would... More

Food is always very good--dinner or lunch. The service, however, not as speedy as I had experienced before for lunch. Gave it a second shot at lunch again with the same results...very good food with lacking service.

The setting is in a refurbished industrial building so automatically the cool factor is high. Inside, the setting is very cozy and quaint. The staff was super friendly and the food very delicious. I had the snapper salad (the special), and my husband said the chicken sandwich was top notch.

We stayed at the Brookstown Inn and Willows is walking distance. The drink of the evening was Sangria and it was great. The baked brie was yummy and the chicken salad was delicious! My husband had a burger and it was good, too. Our server was attentive and we really enjoyed talking to her.

Late afternoon drop in yesterday with friends after holiday shopping proved that Willow's and its great staff are still at the top of their game and ready to accommodate if they have it in the house. I am something of a soup nut and especially on the cold day of the winter solstice. A hearty bean soup with bits of... More

While staying at The Hawthorne, I walked over to Willow's Bistro for a to go dinner. The Fried Tomato BLT was incredible. Pasta salad side was not traditional but great flavors. Also had the Baked Brie app. Wish it would have had a few more crostini with the Brie but it was baked perfectly with the right amount of toppings.... More

It is a small place with excellent food. The eggs benedict was delicious. The hamburgers were huge and excellent. They have sides, chips, pasta salad, etc. They were so good.....BEST pasta salad I have had! I would totally give it a try. We will be returning!!
