We found out about the restaurant here and decided to try some of the food they offer. Considering the previous bad experience in other restaurants, we said we will go no matter whatWe ordered the dish from the picture, because we wanted to have a decent meal without it being too expensive. And we didn't regret it. The food was perfect, we barely ate it all. The waitress who served us was very cordial, kind to help and explain, and all praise for her. I really recommend everyone to come and eat here. And tomorrow we will also go there for lunch or dinner, but we will try something else from the varied and large offer.

Let's start with the fact that in Golden Sands it is almost impossible to choose the ideal place to eat; most establishments suffer from all the disadvantages of tourist restaurants - expensive, tasteless, poor service, noisy, etc. Therefore, compared to the others, “Lipa” looks quite decent and has been pleasing tourists for many years. Lipa focuses not on the Russian-speaking public, but on the European public, there is a menu in many languages, however, compatriots will also find a menu with familiar names.
The establishment is always crowded, but there is plenty of space, so you don’t have to rub your backs. In the evening there is live music, and (this is important) it does not interfere with the visit, does not shout, the performances are very high quality (this is also important, in some establishments on Peski the musicians leave the impression of some kind of tramps) sometimes with elements of humor.
At first I liked the service, the girl tried to be very efficient and friendly, they spoke English, but if necessary, there were Russian-speaking workers.
The food was brought quickly, this is also important in crowded conditions. The quality of the food is standard, no wow factor, but it doesn't suck either. In general, I was close to giving it an "A". But now about the cons:
1) Drinks. I don’t know why such a popular and respected establishment began to lose its brand, but they are diluting the alcohol. And very strongly. The cocktails turned out to be almost tasteless. And the rakia was probably diluted to 7-8 degrees, so you could drink it without wincing. This was a very unpleasant surprise. I wish we could have spent more time, but since the drinks are bad, why?
2) The ending of the service also turned out to be blurry. There was some force majeure, for which I am making allowances, but still a “sediment” remained. Someone at the next table refused a dish, or something else happened that led to an argument with the establishment. As a result, all the waiters and bartenders focused on this incident, forgetting about all the other visitors. They stopped paying attention to us. We wanted to take dessert, but no one came. They called the waiter for payment - she came up 20 minutes later. I understand that we have a problem client, but why do we have to suffer?

In comparison to other Golden Sands restaurants this place is absolute miracle. At the first impression it will look same as many other shi**y restaurants in this location. But the quality of the food is really great. I’ve had mussels in tomato sauce and I would give it 9/10. I also had a chance to taste salami and capriciosa pizza (both hand made, not frozen) and also solid 7/10 I would say. If you are lookin’ for something different than fast food, try it!

My husband and I went to eat one evening based on Tripadvisor's recommendations. I don't understand where the stars came from? We waited about 20 minutes for the food in a half-empty restaurant and when the food came, it was inedible. I ordered chicken and pork skewers, I got 2 chicken and beef skewers fried until dry and cold french fries. No sauce was even offered as a side dish when ordering. The man's moussaka was completely tasteless, cold and so dry that it stuck to the palate. The house red wine tasted like wine vinegar or jet fuel.
Live music is a small plus. For the first time ever traveling, our food was not eaten and the wine was not drunk. I do not recommend.

There's no way you got a beef skewer because we don't offer it on the menu and we don't have it in the kitchen. We have been in first place for 10 years now and thanks to quality food and good staff, we are the best restaurant in Golden Sands. Absolutely terrible restaurant, something more reminiscent of a bar. Not child friendly. Pizza was decent, chicken nuggets for the children were not good, they couldn't bear to eat them either. Also charged extra for ketchup for chicken nuggets, ridiculous.
Was also totally ignored by the waiter during the entire session, a shame as we wanted dessert but of course ended up not wanting to leave the kroner there. The men's and women's toilets are not separate, follow your children to the toilet, there is also an extremely strong smell of urine there.
DO NOT GO HERE.

Food with potential, but dissapointed when in plate. Mussels had a very taste tomato sauce, but were sandy as ****, directly from the sand. Crispy chicken ok, presented with salad but came without one. Garlic sauce too watery. They had a cute band singing and waitress was nice and fun.

I went there several Times with friends. The first time we ordered chicken with potatoes with spinach and beef stew. The beef was tender, with no much flavor but eatable, nothing fancy or very good; the chicken was amazing. Next time, recommended from review we chose chicken hot plate with vegetables, also very good. Third time it was pizza which was the worst pizza I had in a long time, everything bad about it (crust, sauce, cheese was almost like the vegan type so quite crapy). The toilets are very dirty, don't know how the kitchen is. Overall, although some food recipes are good, is not nu far the best restaurant in town!

We had a great lunch there. We taste the chicken soup, nice bread, sea food and salats. Definitely nice place to eat while you are on the beach and need good food without need of travel.

My family and I have been to this restaurant several times this summer (like every year for more than 10 years). The reason we are there so often is the very fine food, the fresh produce and ingredients, the wide range of food, the plentiful porcelains and last but not least, the so nice and friendly staff who are always helpful and chat with us. The live music every night is also a plus, there is always a cozy atmosphere and they are unforgettable evenings for us. In addition, big events are streamed live - we watched the quarterfinals of the European Championship there, now you can follow the Olympic Games there.
Can only recommend it!!!! Top restaurant!

The service was Ok and fast.
We orderem shrimps for starter was good and big portion.
For main course we ordered calamari and Viking steak ( sirloin steak ).
Calamari was quite good.
The steak even asked how it should be done and I asked for medium was very well done the sauce was good but the meat was too hard.
The finish of the dishes should be bit more creative but this is personal point of view.
The prices are ok not to high.
They have children seats so it good for small kids

The food is delicious and the prices fair. We had a sizzling hot Sachi with pork, a yogurt salad and a kaltsone, all recommended. No live music on Mondays they said but a guitar player came at 19:30. Inner street, no sea view

This restaurant has one of the best food and service I ever experienced in 100+ countries that I visited so far. The food is authentic and has this home made taste. The moussaka I had here was the best I ever had (and I had it in Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and Romania). All the recommendations of the staff are pertinent and taking into the account the best interest of the customer. Highly recommended.

Awfull.
We received fish that had guts and blood inside!
After we asked if thats normal they took it back. And we tought they will make a new dish.
Never seen that what they did next-
They delivered the same fish with with guts but a bit more baked... who does that?? Who bakes fish two times??? Fish was awfull and dry after being baked for two times.
No communication, no one apologized, no one asked if we want the same dish or not.
Probably they dont care about customers, becouse they will get new tourist every day.
Live music was nice, but nothing more.
Its not a restourant, its TAVERNA with wooden tables and chairs.

We came here for dinner! Services were good, the food was delicious. We had tarator, some baked fish dish with vegetables and some steak dish! We paid around 60 leva (and we had some drinks as well). In that night they also had live music, pretty good one.
We highly recommend this place.
