I had been told the food wasn't that great, but we were staying at Sun Peaks over Christmas and with three kids thought 'Breakfast with Santa' would be a fun morning. The food was terrible. Pancakes and sausages....well I don't think you could call them pancakes, they were as hard as a rock and not edible. We ended up paying... More

Our group visited Masa's Bar & Grill for dinner during our recent ski trip to Sun Peaks. We found the service to be very slow which could be a result of the restaurant being packed as 2 other restaurants at the resort were closed and that it was also trivia night. Most of us ordered burgers which were tasty, the... More

We dropped in for lunch on the Sunday of wine festival weekend so it was busy but we still got seated and served pretty quickly. The fries are chunky which I much prefer to the normal skinny fries. The black lager is also very good. We were also skiing that weekend so the quick service meant we were back on... More

Dined here on your second night here. As the week was the wine festival they only had a set menu.. and wasn't very exciting We order the salmon cake and come With pear and walnut salads to start with. Took about 15 minutes to get to us. Was alright. Then it took 30 minutes after that to get our main... More

As it's in the main day lodge this is a very popular and usually busy place. There are lots of staff bustling about but they are not all very efficient and you can be left waiting and wondering who is your server for a while. The beer and coffee are pretty standard stuff as served in most of the bars... More

With 7 adults and 6 kids it is some times hard to find a place that suits everyone. This place is right at the bottom of Sun Peaks main chairlift. The food was good. Large portions. However they did burn the onion rings which is why I couldn't give theme full marks.

Great stop after a day on the Hill. Went here a few times to eat or stop at the bar between boarding at the hill. Great food, fast service and excellent staff.

We enjoyed the atmosphere if Masa's on New Year's Eve, right after the Torch Run down the mountain, We had some Peppermint Patties and appetizers and they were delicious.

We were most disappointed in today's lunch three of us had chicken burgers and one had a Caesar with at chicken topping all were very disappointed with a very small portion of extra dry tuff chicken. The only saving grace was the toppings were great and the salad was good. Our server was excellent she was very attentive to adjusting... More

The best things Masas has going for it are size and location. It's conveniently located and has lots of seating so you might get in faster but don't expect great food or service. Last time I was there my order didn't come until my friends were nearly done and it wasn't what I ordered. The time before I ordered the... More
