I've been coming to Bonavista for 8 years, and a permanent resident for two. It's great to see the evolution and improvement of food that's available within the community. Our meal tonight - appetizers of the mussels in wine sauce, and homemade smoked salmon, and...then the main course of fresh Lobster Pasta was quite simply the best meal out that my wife and I have ever at a restaurant here. Everything was made fresh, a delicious combination of flavours, excellent presentation, and great service. And the chocolate cake for dessert was incredible. Our new favourite place to go for dinner.More

Wow. Gotta say it was like going to your relatives for a meal. We went twice for breakfast and once for dinner and every meal was fantastic. I don’t eat bread or hash browns and they were quick to make changes to my order to...my satisfaction! My parents were with me as well and they absolutely loved it. The food is hot, you don’t have to wait very long, the service is awesome. Even the owner came out to chat with us to make sure we were happy with our food. Best ba o. I have ever had! Our salmon dinner was amazing and the desserts are sinful. Lol. You will not be disappointed. We definitely were not. The place is very clean has a nice ambience and is very clean. I can’t wait to go back. Thanks so much!More

We ended up here as another restaurant was full. I ordered the toutons and baked beans as my meal, both were delicious but I wasn't a fan of the syrup they had with the toutons. All the other people in my party ordered the croissant...breakfast sandwich but they didn't have any croissants so the substituted with their homemade bread. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Oh, and the coffee was delicious, although it would have been nice to have more. There was only one server and the restaurant was fairly busy.More

Wandered in here while out for a stroll. Very friendly staff, lovely casual spot, great food. The chicken avocado wrap was great. Nothing fancy, just comfortable, clean and good!

Small quaint little spot. They seem to focus on light meals and desserts. I had the beef soup. Was way too think with rise or barley or other such grain .... couldn’t tell for sure what it was, but the flavoring of the broth was...exceptional. I found the desserts too sweet and they did not taste like they were made with quality ingredients, Though maybe they are made to local tastes? Had much better at other places in the area. The evening Nfld kitchen party was a delight though. One local guy named Ben singing and playing a great mix of tunes, including a lot of Irish and Nfld tines. Very talented. It was a good time. Kudos to the owners for providing that.More

We came in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised at the extensive menu. Everything was fresh and delicious. We went back another time for a cappuccino late in the morning and wished we hadn’t already had our breakfast! We plan on visiting a few more...times next summer on our return. It’s such a cute welcoming place with lovely people!More

We twice bought sandwiches for takeout. The fillings were very generous! There is a good choice of bread, wraps, ciabatta etc. Takeout sandwiches are presented in individual little cardboard containers so they are easy to transporT. Everything is prepared from scratch so be prepared to...wait.More

Stopped along the stroll on Church street into this quaint cafe. Sandwiches were very good. So was the double espresso! Comfortable club chairs to relax in a neat setting. Good value for money.
