After visiting the lighthouse we chose this restaurant, even though one of our companions thought it was "sketchy" Hauled him in and glad we did!! The food made it worth the stop. Yes, it's a little run down, but the server was Cheerful with a capital C. I had the half hot turkey sandwich with cooked carrots, fries dressing and... More

Pizza is always good here if you call ahead. One of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. Long wait I find if ordering in restaurant. Food is good once it arrives though. Prices fair for what you get.

Head to the Baie Vista if you're interested in rude service, long wait times, and terrible food. Waited over an hour for a burger and fries. The burger was chewy and tasted like cheap frozen Costco burgers. My bun was freezer burnt. The waitress had no etiquette and only stopped by when we had finished our meal to bark "want... More

While it is not a "fine" restaurant it did have an nice view of the small boat harbour, the waitress was friendly and my companions thought the chicken was very good. I had the pea soup which I enjoyed, I also had a western sandwich that they put mayonnaise on. I was not expecting and they redid it for me... More

I had cod fish and chips. The service was friendly and efficient and the prices seemed reasonable. The fries were fine, but the fish was not as good as I expected in a restaurant right next to the sea. I'm not a expert, but it tasted frozen, rather than fresh.

Tried the fried chicken and it was very good - moist and tender with a batter that is as good as anything in Atlanta. My SO had the burger that she rated 'just ok' so stick with the chicken if you go here.

I am not a big eater of deep fried food but this is a must for the deep fried chicken when we go to Bonavista, it is so good!

Came here with my husband while visiting to view the icebergs. Very nicely decorated, and very clean. Waitresses were kind but they seemed untrained. We had the fish and chips which was amazing but I feel that it is very overpriced ! Probably won't return because of that.

Went in for lunch. Stood close to the main counter, waiting to find out if I should seat myself or what was the game?. A lady was ahead of me. Of all the tables, in both rooms, and I could see both easily, there was only one table of four men seated. The waitress came out from a door, with... More

My mom and I had the hot turkey sandwich when we stopped here. Our plates were overflowing with delicious food. The waitresses were very friendly and the prices were great.
