Charming restaurant, nice folks, good food. An unexpected find in Advocate Harbour. If you're in the area, stop in for lunch. You won't regret it.

While camping nearby, we spent our last night at the Wild Caraway. Outside seating while seeing the water and countryside was amazing. Then we got our meals. Great food and nice extras. Very nice wine selection. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

At long last, I had dinner at Wild Caraway. This restaurant is legendary and that reputation is very well deserved. From the complimentary mini virgin caesar, to the yummy homemade dinner roll through to the seafood chowder that was probably the best I have ever...More

The drive from Halifax is approximately 2.5 hours with half the roads at 80 kmph. Approximately 200 km. Drive to Parrsboro and head to Advocate Harbour just prior to the town. I would make a reservation for evening dinner... More

The prices posted recently are in line with what we got. They change menu every 4 weeks or so..but I doubt the prices change. SUCH good food. Definitely worth the trip!
