We stopped in to enjoy great coffees and sweets. The cakes, squares and cookies are so goood. Go on a sunny day and enjoy the outdoor patio.

We drove from Halifax to Peggy's Cove on a windy day while visiting Nova Scotia in March. We thought we would stop in at The Cafe for some lunch. The restaurant was really busy but they provided good service. I ordered the Nova Scotia Fish...More

Although we had a bit of a wait to be served as there was only 1 server for many tables, we enjoyed our visit and food very much. I had the fishcakes which were great but would have been better with chow and baked beans....More

Best spot in Chester on a very rainy day in Nova Scotia. Really busy cafe but lots of staff and good service. Food very good well priced and quickly served. Can’t fault them at all thoroughly recommended.

The veggie burger was the best one i've had in a very long time. Waitress was prompt and engaging...... she recommended the burger, and she was spot on. Also had the best London Fog, ever! Just a quaint spot to dine, with friendly folks!

We'd promised ourselves a stop at the Kiwi Cafe and were very pleased with the opportunity. Great portions. Tasty. Healthy. Reasonably priced. This is a bustling spot it seems. The servers are well prepped and the surrounding are comfortable and clean as one should expect.

We stopped here on a family vacation. The service wasn’t great and the menu was limited but we also went in the off season so that may be why. The food was simple- nothing to write home about. Cute location with lots of character though

Four of us stopped here for breakfast: eggs over with toast, pancakes and french toast. All were delicious. Coffee was praised for being so good; I enjoyed my tea with lemon. Staff were busy but very friendly. It appears this is a local hang-out and...More
