My husband and I stayed here several nights after arriving from Quebec on the train. If you come here directly from the train station, you'll need to take a taxi as it is uphill and about a 30 minute walk. There is some English spoken here. The room overlooked the river with a balcony but it rained while we were... More

The restaurant is part of the hotel Auberge des Falaises and deserves to be more highly rated than #19/46 that TripAdvisor shows when I last looked. First, the restaurant is spacious and airy, with large tables and comfortable seats - but most of all it has lovely views over the bay so try and bag a window table if you... More

We ate at the Auberge as part of our package and enjoyed the meals so much that we dined there the next night as well. Breakfast, which was included, was fabulous -- beautifully plated, cooked to order dishes as well as access to a buffet of fruit, yogurt, pastries, cheese, etc. Dinner, which featured the table d'hote was a five... We booked 2 nights here with the gourmet package which included breakfast and dinner. The room was a deluxe room on 3rd floor. The room was very spacious, comfortable queen bed, a living room area with fireplace and a beautiful large updated bathroom with whirlpool tub and rain head shower. We enjoyed the private balcony with a spectacular view of... More

Beautiful accommodation; supper is satisfactory; breakfast is recommended. We have been there 5 or 6 times but not in 2015.

We stayed at the Auberge and our package included a five course dinner. The restaurant over looks the St Lawrence River from high above so the view was spectacular. The pace of the meal was perfect so we could enjoy each course. The food was excellent and we tried some local dishes such as Emu as part of an appetizer... More

A beautiful restaurant with wonderful views over the St Lawrence River. One of the most scenic restaurants I have eaten in. Interesting menu and wine list with good choices. The food was great and the service attentive. Reasonably priced considering the high quality

We ate here the first night of our three at the inn. I would recommend the house course dinner rather than ordering alacarte. If you look at the price it is very comparable to other area fine dining (there are some add ons for some choices). My wife is not that big on the multi course dinners, but I am... More

Gourmet fine dining with an amazing view. Each of the 5 courses was creative and delicious. A truly memorable meal.
